Halfway between an IPA and a white beer, this Sorachi Ace hopped beer is very thirst-quenching. Its high hop content gives it marked bitter notes but also fragrant notes obtained thanks to the raw hopping technique.

White colour with a fine foam.

The nose reveals aromas of citrus, coriander and dill.

Fruity flavours with hints of lemon and spice. Dry finish with a long bitterness.
